- SUMMER SPECIAL: FLAT RATE $89/hour, Weekdays or Weekends, 2hr minimum, 20% Drivers Fee
(excludes Special Package rates) - Bookings over 5 hours - 10% off standard rate plus 20% Driver's Fee
- Complimentary soft drinks and water, ice provided, and, remember, ALL passengers are automatically entered for a
chance to win tickets to the Racing Limos of Central Iowa VIP Suite at the Iowa Speedway for the 2007 racing season!
Also, special offerings and information from our Marketing Partners will be provided to all guests, through our Sponsor

- Out of immediate service area, travel time beyond 30 miles per Mapquest, pay ONLY half rate + Driver's fee (1 hour min.).
Full rental time begins when we pick you up, NOT when we leave to pick you up! Also, pay only for what you use, overages
billed in 15 minute increments vs. full hour.

Reservations
-A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the balance is required to secure a reservation. The
Racing Limos show-car is reserved on a first come first served basis. We will not hold a
Racing Limo and make no guarantees as to the vehicle availability without a deposit.
Pick-Up Times
-Racing Limos of Central Iowa understands that plans will change from time-to-time. We
will work with you to the best of our ability if your schedule happens to change. Please
keep in mind, the more time we are given the better our chances of servicing your
request. Any adjustments to your request cannot interfere with previously scheduled
events
Alcoholic Beverages
-Any passenger under 21 years of age shall NOT consume alcoholic beverages in the
Racing Limo. We reserve the right to verify the age of ALL passengers and to remove any
alcoholic beverages whether provided by the customer or the company. Any minor caught
bringing alcoholic beverages into the Racing Limo will result in immediate termination the
Racing Limo contract with no refund due.
Vehicle Damage / Cleaning
-The undersigned client (with parental consent if under 18 years of age) shall be
responsible for any and all damages incurred by them or by any member of their party.
Racing Limos of Central Iowa, LLC will document the damage and make notification within
24 hours with a written estimate for repair to follow within 10 days.
Minimum Replacement Item Cost:
- $15.00 per broken or missing glassware
- $750.00 per damaged seat
- $500.00 per damaged carpet
- $125.00 detailing/wax (due to sickness – exterior) or excessive interior soiling
- $150.00 deodorizing cigarette or cigar smoke
- $200.00 shampoo/disinfecting (due to sickness-interior)
- $100.00 per missing die-cast models, $300.00 for autographed models
- Downtime charges for lost rentals (documented) due to any act rendering the
Racing Limo non-rentable.
- Any other interior or exterior damage based on estimates for repair and down time if
applicable.
